Hi, everyone.
My 3DS is not going well since this morning. I haven't been able to operate it more than two minutes (regardless I open a game, a system not) before the screen turns black and the following message appear ;
"An error as occured. Hold down the POWER Button to turn off the power, them turn it on and try again."
No error code, nothing. It just tells me to come to this website if I need help.
I restarted the system quite a number of times and it keeps on happening. My 3DS is fully charged. I was a little mad, you see, I have the pokemon X/Y collector blue 3DS XL and my guarantee with the store where I bought it just ended a month ago.
My system din't drop on the floor, no water no nothing. I've been taking care of it the best I can.
Please, help me? If you can.
