I honestly have no idea what happened to my 3DS.
I was playing pokemon, it was working, I put a penny under the joystick so it my character would continue to go in the same direction, and then suddenly things go wrong. The bottom half of my touch screen is completely unresponsive, whilst the top half needs a lot of pressure. The joystick and arrows only SOMETIMES work, so for instance on my pokemon game they work but not on the home screen. The home screen isn't allowing me to scroll, and the yxab buttons appear to only work sometimes as well. It won't allow me to click on any of the top buttons on the home screen (settings, notes, internet, miiverse etc.) and no matter where I click on the touchscreen whilst on the home screen, it will make the noise and animation as if I'm pressing the 'open' button but won't actually open the application.
I've tried turning it off and on, and am now opting for it to run out of power and try to charge and use it then.
Any ideas on what is happening?
