Bought Pokemon uper Mystery Dungeon yesterday put it in to play and crashes displaying "An error has occurred, forcing the software to close. The system will now restart.". It kept happening, so I take it back to the store to exchange it and opened it up inthe store in front of customer service representatives and the exchanged game failed too. Would not get store credit. now that is two different games that failed in the 3ds and no it is no a dsi. All other games work in it as I showed the customer service reps and sales clerk so it is not the game console which is up to date. I hate to be out $40.00 dollars, if this happens no more Nintendo products for me. So what are my options
