Home Menu bug

Olá. Encontrei um bug no Menu 3DS Home.

Eu tentei capturar a tela de cima com um software suspenso. Depois, quando eu tentei capturar a tela do 3DS sem software suspenso. Por isso, o tutorial (essa frase no topo da tela), disse que para capturar a tela superior e inferior eu tinha que pressionar Y + seta para cima.

Como você deve saber, o habitual é Y + seta para cima para capturar a tela superior e Y + seta para baixo para capturar a tela inferior.

 

Isso acontece com você também? Como posso denunciar este bug?

Closing Super Smash Bros makes my 3DS re-start

So, I bought the cartridge for SSB and use it on my 3DS XL Legend of Zelda edition. The game works pretty good and all the features function as I suppose they should; but when I push the "Home" button and "Close" the software, my 3DS promps me to "Wait a second" and then it re-starts itsefl. No other game does this so far and this happened before the latest system update. Is it suppose to be re-starting my system every time I close the game?

Pokemon Pre order Bonuses

Hey guys, I am planning to Pre-order Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Before you ask why am I getting 2 games that are the same, it's because I am collecting games and I want to play it. Do you know which store gives you a better bonuses like Toys' R Us is giving a Mega charizard plush toy if you pre-order 2 of the games at a time and Gamestop gives you a 2 Poster board when 2 games has been pre-order. It sucks that we sometimes get the bad or the better pre-order games in this country. Japan's pre-order bonuses gives you an action figure when 2 games are being bought while United Kingdom gets an action figure and a nice steel game case for pre-order. Shop2 (UK) website gives you a torchic keychains when 2 games are pre-order. I know Gamestop is the only way to pre-order a game, but is there other store like (Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.) gives you a better pre-ordering deals?

Refurbished 3DS XL does NOT come with a Club Nintendo Pin??

I recently got a Refurbished 3DS XL from Nintendo's Official Website, and I noticed that it lacked the Club Nintendo Pin that usually comes with Nintendo Products. Is this normal, or did they forget to include it?

System Transfer to 3DS using 2 SD Cards

OK so I have a 3DS that has the top screen ready to die...  Luckily, the game still works so I can savage my data.   Here is the thing: I have 2 SD cards for my 3DS and I want to get both of the cards data over to my new 3DS.  Has anyone tried it before?  Anyone know if its possible without having one of the card's data non-transferable?  Plz help.

Ok so we all know how many problems have poped up thanks to the update, and yes my netflix also isnt working, how ever, thats not why im here, im wondering is the bad update also effecting older games for the ds not working on the 3ds, i have been playing pokemon y just fine, but i cant get star wars lego to work and i was wondering if it was cause of the update or just the game died. also i just got the 3ds from nintendo refreb and i hadnt played the game on this system before i did the update.

In the future when the "new Nintendo 3ds" is released, I plan on upgrading from my original 3ds to the new one. So my question is if I system restore my original 3ds, will any account stuff saved on it even after the restore?,and do I have to do a system transfer?

Can't download anything from eshop

For the past few days I've been having issues with the 3ds eshop. On Thursday I updated the system, then downloaded Super Smash Brothers from the eshop. I got a few error messages but I was able to download it after a few tries. However when I tried to download version 1.0.2 I recieved error message 007-2999. I've tried restarting the 3ds and the router but nothing seems to work. I can access the eshop and everything else: web browser, Miiverse, online multiplayer for other games, etc. The only issue is that I can't download anything. Any advice? Thanks.

SD Card can't be read.

A week before before I posted this my SD card data and apps didn't show up as usual. This happened a couple of times before so I thought the next day it would work again since that's what happened all of those other times, but this time no matter what I try it doesn't work. I went to the system settings and went to the data mangement but when I loaded up the Software data it said "Could not detect an SD Card." I bought a new SD card and copied all of my data but the same message popped up when I went to Data Management. I really want to get Smash Bros. for the 3DS and continue playing Pokemon Y but I don't want to buy another 3DS or XL just because of the SD Card problem. What do I do?

Streetpass Mii Plaza Crashes Every Time

Hi all

 

For about 6 months now my system has been crashing every time I load up Streetpass Mii Plaza. I have the link between worlds model of the 3ds xl.When I try to open the Mii Plaza I see the following:

 

"An error has occurred. Hold down the POWER button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again.For help visit support.nintendo.com"

 

I have been patient, hoping that one of the system updates would take care of this, but after many updates it still does not work and my system is currently up to date.

 

I have tried removing the blocks from my SD card associated with Mii Plaza and this didn't help.

 

Any suggestions? Can we get a fix for this in a future update?

3DS not working properly

So, In mthe Eshop I got a new SD card and had to redownload the patch for Pokemon Y, well my 3DS wouldn't download it so I shut it off, I know I know I'm not supposed to, but I did, and now My Games/ App's on SD card not appearing on homescreen and E shop Is now not working. What do I do?

Digital downloads pre registering question...

So I bought my 3ds solely for super smash bros, my GameStop did not have a physical copy of the game.  So I bought a digital code at GameStop.  So excited to play it I immediatly downloaded it and then digitally downloaded Zelda link between worlds because again they did not have a physical copy of that either.  So my friend then tells me about club Nintendo today.  Come to find out I can't register either of those games on club Nintendo or get coins from them because I downloaded them beforehand?  Does anyone else think this is wrong?  If GameStop would have sold me Physical copies, I would still have PIN numbers for them and therefore could have still registered them today when I signed up.  I think I should still be awarded those coins...

Me and my brother want to play each other but whenever we try to connect we cannot connect it just gives us an error or it boots one of us out within seconds. We try sitting right next to each other but it still doesn't work. We do have the same version 1.0.2.

Upgrading SDHC Memory

Hello. I recently bought a 32GB SDHC memory card after filling up the 4GB card that came with the system. I followed the instructions on the Nintendo Support website to transfer all my data between cards, but it did not work. One thing it did not do is transfer all of my game data I recently backed up. I had five games backed up, but upon transfering card data it only showed one spot that I did not have previously. In addition, my Link Between Worlds theme was gone. I tried formatting and redoing my new card at least five times but I still recieved the same result. Could the problem be in the brand of SD card I used? The one that came with the system is a 4GB Lexar and the one I purchased is a 32GB Sandisk (both are SDHC). It would be nice if anyone could help me find a solution to this quickly. I really want to purchase the new Pokemon Alpha Sapphire when it comes out and install it without having to worry about storage space. Thank you in advance.

 

Also, I know something wasn't right because my recently purchased game (Senran Kagura Burst, purchased only a few days ago) was not installed. And all my games were outside of their respective folders I put them in.

Strange Black Screen Of Death

I have a large question for any of you who know how to fix this issue. For about a month, whenever I bumped the bottom-right side of the screen, my 2011 normal 3DS turned itself off due to loosened screws. It was doing fine for a long time until today when I was playing Smash Brothers and put it in sleep mode and bumped it. It turned off in sleep mode. Now comes an occurence I haven't seen in any BSOD before: when I turn it on, the screen is black, but lit, with no text. The Power light works, the 3d light works, and the wifi light works. Also, I can acess the emergency update/calibration menus just fine, but it goes right back to the screen after that. Is there any way I can fix this without resorting to sending it in? It's out of warranty and I do NOT have anything close to 90 dollars. If you can find out how to fix this, I thank you deeply.

     I performed a system format, thinking that I coulr re-link my NNID to my 3ds and get all of my games back, but every time i enetr my info, it gives me an error message.

Broken Circle Pad on N3DS XL

I was playing Super Smash Brothers for 3DS today when the circle pad suddenly broke off. It now looks like the one in this picture that I found online:

What do I do now to repair it? I'm unemployed with very little  income, so I can't really afford to spend much to get it repaired. Playing my Animal Crossing on my 3DS is one of the only things that get through my day. Please help me.
