I went to update Smash Bros. on my New 3DS XL, and after a second, an error message appeared, then all of my downloaded games disappeared. Everything that is on system memory shows up like normal, only things on my MicroSD card are gone. I checked my storage settings in the Settings, and the all the games appear to still be downloaded. When I move the cursor over a spot where a game was, it just says "Create Folder." The eShop won't open now, either. It worked before I tried the update, but now I just get an error.

 

My 3DS is from America, where I live, but I am currently in England. Could that be causing the problem?

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I got a 007-0200 error code when I tried to open the eShop.

i updated my 3ds this weekend and lost all my game except for zelda 4sword .and if i try to open the nintendo shop i get Error Code : 007-0200

Hi.

After failing to input the password for my saved credit card information 3 times, my saved card information was removed.

However, now my card is not accepted when I re-enter the information. I keep getting error code 026-7511, but my bank says there is no problem on their end. Did my card get blocked completely by the eshop?

I live in Sweden and use the European eshop with my card that I've used multiple times before. There is no nintendo tech support to call in this country either, only the distributor.

How do I solve this problem?

i have a strange problem with my new 3DS. It's never done this before today.

I updated my 3ds it been a little while that I've updated it, and ever sense then I can

only play any game for a limited amount of time. I can play for about10-20 mins before

a grasp screen says " an error has occurred and the system will restart."  Or if I have

a game cartridge in, after about 10-20mins of game play it will tell me the game

cartridge has been removed system will restart.  But I never touch the cartridge and make sure

it is not.pressed down while I am playing any game. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi there,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me please, I've been playing the New Style Boutique 2 Fashion Forward and just recently I'm no longer able to take screenshots ingame to collect the colors for the color pallet. The game automatically takes screenshots during the fashion show. After learning about this problem I tried one of my other games and took some screenshots without a problem, so the 3DS seems ok, don't know if the problem lies with the game. I have tried googling to see if others have had this problem but have had no luck finding anything out. Please help.

Hello, I'm Chilean and I want to know why I can't get this free game for my 3ds.

I looked at the nintendo e-shop but it was not, then I tried the QR code and I get the error code 011-3021, the program is unavailable.
Several friends have the game but do not know why I can't have it, can you help me?

So I have an Old DS. Non-XL. After updating the thing it just refuses to turn on fully. You can clearly see the LCD start up but the software never boots. Please help!

UPDATE : I think I found the problem. When I take out my SD Card and turn it on it works. I put it back in and all the apps show up (Thank God).

 

Also, uh... it might be kind of wrong to admit to this on the official Nintendo forums but I was using unofficial user-programmed games on this thing (ALL OF IT WAS LEGAL I WASN'T PIRATING)  so maybe it has something to do with that?

so i just bought a used 3ds and for the most part there is no sound, not even sound coming in and out or gargly as if there was a wiring issue. but on some menus when i scroll or have to type stuff it has the propper clicking sound coming out of the speakers as if there wasnt any issue. does any one know how to fix this or anything?

Hi I recently have been having issues with my 3ds I had a game that my dog had chewed on a game. I went to try it and it wouldnt read and now it is not reading any of my games. I took a flashlight and looked down in the slot and it looked like on of the gold things was pushed down or maybe missing. What should I do?

Recently my son's 3ds powers up fine, then we click on the game and it works for litterly 15 seconds then the screen says "an error has occured, press the power button and try back later"  There is no error code or anything, any suggestions?  Thanks.

You see, my Nintendo 3DS XL had a... Very tragic accident... It's completely destroyed now, unusable, dead. Many cables are cut, the motherboard was actually separated from the console itself and some pieces were lost, also, both screens have been separated as well because the cable linking them together was cut...

 

I'm planning to buy a new one, however, I want to know if it's possible to transfer my Nintendo Network account and eShop data from this completely destroyed console to the one I'll buy in a future.

I had bought a lot of games through the eShop and many other stuff, so losing that information is like having wasted my money buying "addons" and "upgrades" for a dual-screen paperweight.

 

I really hope you can help me with this...

 

PD: Warranty is no longer available (Including Club Nintendo's 90 extra days), as the console was bought over 2 years ago,

My 8yr old son received a 2ds for Christmas, he received the smk7 download, however when I try to put a game in it doesn't recognize it. The icon on the home screen just shows as if nothing has been inserted. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so does the system need to be sent out for repairs? Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I was attaining my daily 10 playcoins, when I noticed Animal Crossing: New Leaf had a SpotPass dot on it. I opened the game, and tried to see if I had anything, but there didn't seem to be anything. During this point, I noticed the notification light was a dull greeny bluey colour. I thought it must be the spotpass, as there's nothing for the Plaza. I then tried all my apps, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary or additional content. Even went through the notification centre, and there's nothing. I closed the system, and noticed the light was still there. I turned it off and on again, and the light came back. By now, it shifted to a solid blue, but sometimes there's flickering. When a friend comes online though, the light does flash orange. I've tried Googling the problem, but I found nothing.

 

What exactly is going on!?

How are they hacking the 3DS? Infinite red shells? Instant hits? Teleporting? How do they do this? Is there any way to stop them?

My 3ds has the blue notification light on when the system is open, but I can't find any notifications anywhere. I already got my 3 daily Pokedex unlocks, and there's nothing new in Nintendogs. I have tried turning the system off, waiting, and turning it back on like I would with a router, but the light stays on. It still blinks normally in sleep mode. It also seems to be taking longer to charge, if that helps. It has seen little use today, and not much use in total since I got it 20 days ago.

My 3ds's outer camera has a heavy hot pinkish tint to it constantly. It looks like a filter, but it is on the normal setting. when i try to scan qr codes in tomodachi life it's fine, but if i want to use ar cards it is stuck like that. the inner camera has no problems though. here's an picture taken from the 3ds camera:

im not very happy i just got a new 2ds and it will not play any of my games and im and using my 2 year replacement plan when i havent had it for not even 24 hours if nintendo does not replace it i will not be happy! this has happen more than once and if its not fix this time im not using nintendo anymore.

Hi, fellow Nintendo players and techies!

 

      So, I have a normal 3ds, and I've had it for 2-3 years, and for the past month, I've been unable to access the Nintendo e-shop. The error code 005-5964 showed up, and I tried following the instructions at the support website, but nothing worked. Zip, Nada, Nothing. So, I search up another way to fix it, and there comes the part where I can reformat my 3ds, and I go like, ok, I'll try it! Then, when I try to reformat my system, the same error code shows up, always saying something like, "an error has occurred. Please try again later.  If this problem persists, please make a note of the error code and visit support.nintendo.com", and that's that. I haven't really done anything, I've just been playing alpha sapphire and box boy. I haven't bought anything for like half a year, so why does the error show up now?

What happend was i tipped a glass of water over on my table and water got to my 3ds. I open it up after very quickly getting all of the water i could off and it was fine. Becuase im a stupid person, i left it on to see it it would break. after a min or so, the screen changed to black and the bottom screen side something like (an error has occuredd, please hold the power and try again later".so after getting that same message a few times in a row, i rushed down my stairs, got the back off as fast as i could, took out the batttery and sd card, and put in a container of rice.Knowing my chances are slime already, what do you think my chances on it working after a day or two in the rice? Im guessing i have already shorted something on the inside that is stopping it from booting to the home screen and will have to send it in.
