Im planning to get a Sea Green 2DS soon. I will probably only use Miiverse on it, but im not sure yet. If I format the system, will that delete the NNID? I hope it does, it probably doesn't, though.

Manufacture glue on New 3ds HOW DO I REMOVE IT!!
I recently bought the New 3ds (launch day) and I just unboxed it today. Everyone is great, BUT I noticed some manufacture glue on the right side, it's on the "red square" next to the 3D switch. It's very sticky and I don't know how to remove it. I tried scrubbing it with a quetip dipped in a little water, didn't really work, it's still pretty noticeable and quite sticky. Could someone tell me how I could SAFELY remove this patch? It's really bothering me and I want a "perfect NEW" 3ds, being that I spent 200 dollars on it, I want to make it worth it (you know what I mean?). So please anyone, what should I use? Thank you!

R button "stuck"on New 3ds XL?
Hey everyone,
I just got my new 3ds XL on launch day and everything has been great so far.I upgraded from the original 3ds that i got at its launch. I havn't used R and L too much yet but today i was playing around on street pass games and when i used the R to fastfoward it stayed that way. I can still click the R button but it just stays as if i have the button held down constantly. there is probably nothing i can do but i want to see if anyone had any suggestions. Im going on a trip tomorrow and it would suck if my new 3ds is broken already

"Low-Capacity microSD Card Transfer" to new 3DS XL fails with frozen source
I followed the instructions here to the letter, four separate times.
The transfer always fails in the "SD Card Data" step (1 of 6), between 50 and 75%, the source 3DS (launch model) freezes, with no response, and the receiving new 3DS XL gives error "No response from the source system." (no error code).
Pictures of the state the systems are failing at will be coming as soon as i can get them from my camera onto a computer. i'm more-or-less posting this thread as a notice for whoever the developers for the transfer system are, because there is clearly a bug with it.

Nintendo Still not taking calls?
I have been trying to contact Customer support since Friday, The automated system is a loop of messages directing you to use Chat, which shows as offline and recommends issueing a tickets, which will not allow you to enter any personal information to proceed. How long will it be Nintendo before we can contact a representative for assistance?

Monster Hunter 4 crashing on New 3DS
Monster Hunter has crashed on me 3 times now in the middle of fights. The screen that is about putting the system in sleep mode will just randomly pop up and then anything I press takes me back to the home screen and Monster Hunter is closed. It's really frustrating to be in a fight for 30 minutes then this happens and I lose all progress since my last save. A few notes about the crashing:
- It hasn't happened while I have the 3DS plugged in to the charger, only unplugged so far
- I have a digital copy of MH4, not a cartridge
- I'm playing on a New 3DS
- It's only happened during fights
- 2 out of 3 times were when I had just mounted a monster
- 2 out of 3 times I was fighting the Gypceros
I'm currently reinstalling the game to see if that fixes it. Has anyone else had this problem?

3DS to New 3DS game transfer
Hello,
I recently returned my Nintendo 3DS to Gamestop to help me get a New 3DS. A while back I upgraded my SD card to 32 GB, the SD card is a MicroSD card with a adapter and I was wondering if it is possible to simply put the Micro SD card into the New 3DS and have the games still appear and work? Or if there is something that must be done first. Currently I do not have access to the old 3DS and I am in the middle of recovering my Nintendo ID to put on the New 3DS (Had to call support for that).

working system transfer fix
Since Nintendo seems to be failing in the tech support area I wanted to post what has been working for me... after 6 hours of trouble shooting! My delema was I opted for the pc transfer as Nintendo suggested for people who have purchased large games from the eshop. Everything backed up on my old 3ds perfectly, plug the sd card into the computer and start copying to the desktop and files 0000000.app will not transfer. These are the actual game files. At first not knowing what to do I skipped over them transferred to my micro sd and plug it into the system. i am thrilled when my home screen looks just like the old one and the game files are there.... then I try to open one and it instructs me I need to redownload it from the eshop. Go into the eshop, activity, find the game, scroll to the bottom and click repair. The eshop analyzes my file, says it needs to be repaired and takes me through the download menu. I plug my new 3ds into the charger and go about my business. 2 hours later and it hasnt even begun to download! New 3ds is frozen, have to force a restart, now I cant get into the eshop. I took the micro sd card out and recopied what was on my desktop, plugged it into the new 3ds and we are back to the beginning.
The solution i have come up with is to go through the data management menu in the 3ds setting, delete all eshop downloads, go into the eshop and redownload my games. I would only do a few at a time if you have a lot because we need to take the micro sd card back out and look for the .sav file that is on our desktop. If you only do a few titles at a time its easier to figure out which game is which. Looking at the back up saved on your desktop Nintendo 3DS>jumbled numbers and letters>jumbled numbers and letters>title once in the title folder you will most likely see 4 folders

000040000 - games and save files
000040002 - Demos
most game files have 2 folders in them content, which I think is the actual game, and data where the .sav file is located

Still unable to transfer :/
I bought the N3DS and I'm trying to transfer from my 3DS. It keeps giving me the wireless error. Sometimes I'll get as far as the pikmin running across the screen, but it fails after a few minutes.
I've tried the PC transfer following the exact instructions. And still doesn't work :/
I don't have a lot of eshop games. I'm more worried about my NNID since I have a lot of pokemon in pokebank 
Has anyone been able to transfer everything yet?
Also my 3DS has been acting funny since this. It doesn't turn off properly anymore.

Lost all download games and save data during system transfer
I don't think this particular issue has been posted yet and if it does I hope you guys bear with me. I performed a system transfer today but before the actual transfer started, I cancelled it because my friend told me it'll be easier to do it from a pc. So we copied the files from my old sd card to my new micro sd and popped it in the new 3ds. Nothing happened so we decided to do a system transfer once again with both 3ds' having their original sd cards. The transfer completed but now I lost all my download games and save file data! I can still access the eshop to re download the games but I'm not sure if I can recover my save game data. Eee I'm so technologically challenged and this is proving to be a real pain. I emailed Nintendo already about this issue. I tried calling but they seemed pretty busy. So now I'm just waiting for their reply. Hopefully someone here has had this issue and has have had it resolved and maybe you guys could help me out. I would appreciate it greatly.

System transfer between three different 3DS consoles
I have three 3DS systems and thinking of doing something. Please help me to discover if it is possible:
"A console": regular XL with a couple of games and NNID which already had gotten a system transfer before (was the system I transfered stuff from).
"B console": regular XL with all my games and no NNID which already had gotten a system transfer before (was the target system)
"C console": brand new N3DS XL with Majora's Mask and no NNID.
Can I transfer from C console to the A console, then B console to the C console without losing any game/purchase/data? How do I perform this, just by executing the regular system transfer process between them I'll be fine?

Remote Transfer Question
So I did manage to get a hold of Nintendo and they are doing the remote transfer process...but how will I know when it is complete? Will there be on screen prompt or something? I know the process takes 24-48 hours but I am still rather curious as to what to do once the transfer is complete.

Nintendo making me re-buy all my games again
I had the original 3DS which I puchased many eshop games just because I didn't like using cartridges. Plus it's convenient to carry many games within the system. Haven't played with the 3DS in awhile and decided to sell it. I did a factory restore and sold my 3DS. Now I just purchased a new 3DS in hopes to redownload all my paid games and found out that those games are tied to my original 3DS. I called Nintendo customer service about the problem. They see my purchases on Club Nintendo along with my original 3DS serial number. But they say that they can't do anything about it and that the only way to get those games again is to re-buy them again. I had an Ambassador Certificate as well with my original 3DS. The tech support won't even help me in authorizing a redownload to my new 3DS. This is unfair to people like me. Forcing us to re-buy everything.
Anyone have a solution for this problem? There's no way I'm going to re-buy hundreds of dollars of games again.

Combine Two Transfers to the New 3ds?
I Have finally just recieved my Monster Hunter new3DS (I find that i'm going to miss my beautiful blue 3DS more then I thought, honestly i think the MH model looked better in pictures and video then it does in person and the MM which looked horrid in the pictures looks better in person but I love blue) I'm ready to make the transfer from my blue XL to the New 3DS and that's really the only important one however I was a day one adopter of the 3DS (metalic blue) and when getting the XL I thought things would transfer just based on my login info. I kinda let things be because it's only some virtual console Zelda and Mario games on my original 3ds but now that I know what I have to do with the transfers I was curious if i would be able to transfer them both into this new 3ds?

Question about flipnote studio 3D
So I have FS3D. I made a lot of flipnotes on the original flipnote studion on the dsi.. But never had a hatena account. So my question is; Can I still transfer my old flipnotes, to the new FS3D?

C-Stick
Got my New 3ds and the c-stick won't move down or right. I'm going to take it back to get exchanged. Is there anyway to remove the 7 day wait period on system transfers?
Side note: Just playing around with the c-stick it appears the issue lies with it being miss-aligned. If I hold the stick left and up while I turn the system on it makes right and down more responsive. Adding a way to calibrate it like the analog stick may fix people's problems.

I can't redownload MH4U (Error code: 007-6034)
Help me please!
I bought the MH4U N3DS and made the system transfer from my old 3DS XL to the new.
I followed the instructions on nintendo.com on how to do the transfer and not mess up. It said
that I could redownload MH4U again from the e-shop after the transfer.
But now after the transfer has been done I can enter the e-shop and download MH4U up until the 99% download done, then it wil stop and say "Error code: 007-6034" and then the download will stop. I have tried it now a couple of times and it totally sucks waiting almost 2 hours for the download to finish only to see "Error code: 007-6034" and the downloading stop. I can redownload other games, just not the one I really really want to play.
Does anybody have a solution?

Issues with system transfer with old 3ds XL and New 3ds XL. HELP!!!
Ok so did my transfer yesterday. It looked like it worked but it didn't mostly all my big games didn't transfer over, I would have the icon for them but when going to my microsd theres blank icon with a 0 by them where the # of blocks it takes up. Ok so I deleted them of the sd and just tried to redownload them giving an error code 007-6109. I used the error code look up and tells me to call customer service so I did, the automated operator just throws you threw the ring around telling you to come here I can't talk to anybody. So I am a serious upset customer right now. both with their new product and their customer help. this is riduclous. Thanks for the help if anyone will actually help me.

nintendo zone problem
ok so i just went to mcdonalds last week and i tired getting the red orge mask but pelly said i got it even though i never got it. for some reason, nintendo zone never works for me. does anyone know why? i would like to point out i reinstalled nintendo zone many times but it still doesnt work

No Coins for the New 3ds XL!!!!!?!?
I can't believe we don't get ANY Club Nintendo coins for purchasing the New 3DS XL or Majora's Mask. I have been a loyal Nintendo customer for decades. Since I won't get coins for puchasing the new hand held on release day, I am going to miss out on getting elite status. Nintendo...please reconsider!!!! I purchased the original 3ds at launch and earned ambassador status. This is how you handle customer loyalty?
