So I recently purchased the MH4U new 3ds xl that came with MH4U pre installed on it. I immediatlely started playing without transfering anything from my previous 3ds xl. Yesterday I did a system transfer from my old 3ds xl to my new 3ds xl and it deleted everything on the new 3ds xl, including MH4U and the save file that I started before I did the system transfer. I know my save file was deleted along with MH4U, but I can re-download MH4U, will I be able to download my save file with it? Thanks

SD card question
Hi! So I recently posted a thread about having lost all of my data on my old 3DS in a system transfer error. Fortunately, I still have all of my data on my old SD card and have linked my Nintendo network ID to my New 3DS. It is allowing me to redownload all of my games, including ones purchased before Nintendo Network IDs existed.
My questions are:
1. Since I haven't technically performed a sytem transfer, would there be any sort of compatability issue between the old data on the SD card (which I will first be copying to a larger micro SD to use with my New 3DS) and the games redownloaded to the New 3DS. I'll have to change the SD card before redownloading the games anyway. Is there any reason this wouldn't work?
2. Other than my Nintendo Network ID and all of these downloadable programs, is there anything else I might have lost in the System Transfer that can't be recovered?

3ds to Zelda 3dsXL transfer?
I got my Zelda 3dsxl a few days ago and went ahead and set it up not thinking to transfer from my old 3ds yet, well I remembered I could transfer everything over tonight but I'm worried about losing my stuff the problem I see is I linked/created my NNID on my 3ds XL and that seems to be the way to transfer my old downloads and so on to my new 3ds XL. have I just screwed the pooch on this or will I be ok moving my data from my 3ds to my 3ds xl......mainly hoping to move my downloads of Links Awakening and 4 Swords anniversary edition :/

themes missing
I started my new 3ds this morning to find that all the themes I have purchased are gone, when I went to my collection in the theme store I kept getting the 009-4900 error code, which is can't find access point. Then when I look at the themes I had previously purchased in the store the themes have the prices next to them as though I never bought them, has anyone else experienced this? It's this due to the maintenance that is going on? I also can't complete game downloads.

Corrupted Save Data with Micro SD Transfer
I know with the release of these new 3DSes there has been a huge amount of issues regarding this and I understand that. However, I want to explain what's been going on and what I've already tried and maybe receive some feedback for other options I haven't tried.
I only have three important game files on this backup because everything else is on a physical cartridge. They are Pokemon: AS, Mario Golf, and Tomodachi Life. I've clocked the most time on these so I feel they're the only three I care about restoring.
I opted in for the famous "trade your 3DS in for credit towards a new one" at my local Gamestop and backed up all of my data onto an SD card, so transfering data could not be done through system transfer from 3DS to 3DS, but through the micro sd yadda yadda. I bought a 16 GB on the way home last Friday because the 4 that came with the system obviously would not suffice.
I tried the networking thing where you copy the files straight onto the micro SD from the computer. I believe this was Nintendo's original method. The games themselves never showed up on my homescreen.
I tried downloading my games from the eshop and then replacing each individual game folder from my backup. The games showed up but would not launch. When I went to the eshop and tried repairing the files or downloading it again, a trip back to my home screen made the games disappear, and a permanent eshop error occured until I removed the files from the sd.
The closest I got was simply replacing the sava data files after downloading them through the eshop. However, the saves were corrupted and I could not play them. I only consider this the closest I got because it was the first time the games did not completely soil themselves and vanish from my homescreen.
That being said, are there any other options to try at this point? All of my backup data is safe on the SD card I used on my old 3DS as well as a folder on my computer. I have all the time in the world to wait for a solution since messing with this stuff made me not even want to play it.
I appreciate anyone taking the time to read this since it's a common problem and I'm sure everyone's tired of hearing about it and working hard to find solutions.

Do you need wifi to download games to your 3ds?
I want to buy tomodachi life so it can get downloaded to my 3ds (I'm buying it on the nintendo site on my computer so it gets sent to my 3ds) but at the momment my 3ds doesn't have wifi so do I need it?And if I buy it now without wifi, one I get wifi will it not be on my 3ds?

Need help recovering nnid
I got rid of my 3ds xl and bought the new 3ds xl not knowing that i had to delete the nnid from the old one before trying to sign in with the new one. the old system is inaccessible so i have tried submitting a support ticket to have a support agent help me recover the nnid but the the site tells me to call this number 855 703 8783 to speak to a agent about the issue. so i call and the automated system tells me to go online and submit a ticket! what do i have to do to get this issue resolved?

Unresponsive Buttons on N3DS (Constant Pressure on Touch Screen?)
I am having an issue with my N3DS, I just recieved it an hour ago, and it is completely unresponsive.
When I was going through the set up, it started out normally, but about 3 pages in, it just started to press the continue buttons on the bottom of the screen non-stop. It would either not let me input infromation, and just keep mving forward, or continue on before I finished inputting information. It got progressively worse as the system remained on, and now I cannot move the cursor on the home page because the "open" button on the bottom of the screen shows that it is constantly being pressed.

I have attempted recalibrating the touch screen (all that does is cause the target to move on its own), and cleaning the screen with a cleaning cloth, with no results. Any suggestions?

Unresponsive R Shoulder on N3DS XL
I just got this thing over the weekend and I noticed the R button was kinda loose but it worked just fine, and now after using it for just the weekend the R button only responds when i press it 50% of the time. Which is a real pain for monster hunter when i have to hold it down to run and i keep spazzing back and forth between running and leisurely walking.
I wanted to set up a support ticket but right off the bat they wanted to charge me $85, is this not covered by the warranty?

Stuck on Miiverse Sign-In Screen
I tried to open Miiverse while playing Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, and it got stuck at the sign-in screen. I looked for a wireless switch, but there isn't one on the New 3DS. Is there a way to return to the home menu without powering down the system?

An error has occorred!
I have the New nintendo 3ds Xl MAJORA'S MASK one. Today when I went to turn it on i Got "AN ERROR HAS OCCURED. HOLD DOWN THE START BUTTON AND THEY SSYSTEM WILL TURN OF AND TRY AGAIN" . What do i do some one please help. because if i have to send it in and it cant get fixed im out of a Majoras mask 3ds xl. I want to know if this can be fixed if send it or am i screwed and have to chose a regular one which is not far because the majoras mask one is a limited edition!!

3ds 7 day transfer wait time question
I got a new 3dsxl on Launch day and didn't see anything wrong with the system so i went ahead with the system transfer. Of course during the transfer I see some stuck pixels in the corner..maybe 3-5 clumped together. I called up Gamestop and they are cool with me exchanging once they get more in. My questions is when does the 7 day limit end? does it end at the hour you did the transfer or at midnight on the 7th day?

Splinter Cell 3D sold on eShop in a broken state?
Recently, a lot of Ubisoft games went on sale on eShop. Including Splinter Cell 3D for the 3DS. Well, I couldn't remember the last time Ubisoft had a 3DS sale so I took advantage of the situation and bought Splinter Cell 3D. The game usually sells for $29.99 and it was now selling for $7.99
Anyway, I've been playing the game for the last two days. And whenever I come across one of those inevitable 'hacking 3D puzzles' the game will crash at random.
You cannot progress in the game without solving those particular puzzles. The only reason that I've been able to progress in the game, is because I'm now saving my game very often. Usually before I have to solve one of these hacking puzzles. Because the moment I try to solve one of them, there is a 80% chance that the game might crash.
And it's incredible annoying. Because in most cases, a save spot won't be nowhere near the immediate area where I'm trying to solve some of those puzzles. So I have to backtrack to a previous save spot to save my game. Sometimes I cannot backtrack, though. Because the game won't allow me to do so. So I have to take my chances and hope the game won't crash. And if it crashes (it usually does), I have to do everything all over again from my last save.
Anyway, at first I was thinking that this is a problem that Ubisoft has to solve. But then I figured, WHY IS NINTENDO SELLING A BROKEN GAME ON ESHOP?
And that's a good question... I mean. guys... you're asking $30 bucks for this game (whenever its not on sale - which is most of the time). Can you please ask Ubisoft to at least patch this game for that asking price?
And if they refuse to do so, can you please post a WARNING on eShop informing consumers that this game WILL CRASH during normal gameplay? I think it is unexcusable that this game can be sold in this condition.

New 3DS XL Power button
When I am playing, because I use my pinkies to hold up the machine, I am hitting the power button and the software closes mid intense combat in Monster Hunter 4U! Is there a way to turn off this function? This is extremely annoying.
