When I am playing, because I use my pinkies to hold up the machine, I am hitting the power button and the software closes mid intense combat in Monster Hunter 4U! Is there a way to turn off this function? This is extremely annoying.

I need help, or just ease of mind
I got my son a 2ds for his birthday the other day. I connected it to the Internet and all and we started playing the game where the faces fly around and you shoot them. Me, my wife, and my son took pictures of our faces to shootfor the game. As the game progresses you take more pictures of people for the flying heads. This is where it gets odd. My son was playing with it in the kitchen and I ended up helping him with a level at one point. I saw he took pictures of the table and the clock for faces, but a ladies face was saved as one of the heads. Really white face, eyes closed, really ghastly looking.
Do other people's profile faces get saved through the Internet or something? I just told my wife is a dead jealous lady who follows her around. ..

pre installed games system transfer question
I have a classic 3ds that came with a pre installed version of super mario 3d land, this was from before the new nintendo network and all
I want to buy a new3ds that comes with happy home designer pre installed

I already know when doing a system transfer from old to new, the new3ds will keep it's pre installed game (happy home designer) and merge with my eshop bought games
but I am unsure on what happens to my pre installed super mario 3d land. Will it transfer like a eshop bought title and i will have both happy home designer and super mario 3d land in the new3ds, or is super mario 3d land system locked and won't transfer, staying in the original 3ds while the other eshop games transfer?

Transferring from a 3DS to a 3DS XL shortly after having transferred from said 3DS XL to a New 3DS XL?
I recently purchased a new Hyrule Gold New 3DS system for myself.
I successfully transferred my information from my old 3DS XL to my new New 3DS XL. However, I would also like have my old 3DS XL be given as an uprade to my girlfriend. Sadly, when I try to transfer her 3DS (non XL) data to my old 3DS Xl, I get an error that the unit cannot be involved in another transfer for 7 days. We are going on vacation today and I was hoping to allow her to use the new (to her) XL system in replace of her 3DS.
Since I already transferred out of the old XL, and it's a 3DS non-XL transferring in is there a way to waive the 7 day wait since the NNID is coming from a 3DS into the XL?

Virtual console suggestions, and confusion?!?!
Ok, I have the new 3ds and I enjoy it. I mainly play legend of Zelda : albw. I have a couple of virtual console games, super Mario 2, kid Icarus, etc. what baffles me is that there could be so much more. Why aren't the gba metroid titles here? I love metroid zero mission, and really that's all I play on my gba anymore, I'd love to have it as a dlc for the 3ds. But what really confuses me is that other titles like metroid fusion are available as dlc for the wiiU but not the 3ds. Why wouldn't they put this on both systems? I'm certain more people would buy them, myself included? I get that some games have licensing issues, but if they're provided on the wiiU why not the 3ds, especially those that were originally released as a portable game? Come on Nintendo, get with it here....

so i hope i am able to explain this right,
i have a new nintendo 3ds with my own games and data and everything on it, yo kai watch came out and my sister wanted a 2ds so i got the nintendo 2ds bundle with yo kai watch pre instaled, i want to get yo kai watch onto my new 3ds but cant figure out how to do it? i called nintendo and they pretty much told me there is no way? is there anything i can do?

SD Card Transfer Help
Okay, so I've been trying to research this for the past few hours but I can't seem to find anyone with the exact same problem without it being a transfer to a new system, so I've resorted to making my first post.
*Note: I am not switching systems, but I'll need to be doing that soon since my 3DS XL is getting old and starting to wear-and-tear.
I got my new 32gb SDHC Card today (I'll call it #2) since I'm running out of room and can't switch between 2 cards without worrying about losing any data.
I've already put my original 4gb card (#1) into my laptop, copied everything onto my desktop, and copied onto Card #2.
From what I've found, I understand that I still have to redownload all my eshop games, and I've seen people talking about the "emunand" and I'm not sure if I need to worry about copying that or not.
I also saw a thing showing you how to find your save files and copy them over (Which I NEED to do as well)
So the question is, can anyone give me a tutorial or even just a link to help me get my Streetpass Mii Plaza data over to this new card?
I have all the DLC games and 1300+ Puzzle pieces, so I obviously don't want to lose that.
I know that all that stuff is stored on the SD card, so I hoped that since I already copied everything over, it may still be there.
I had #2 in the system and checked the plaza. Puzzle swap is "beaten" and I have only Puzzle swap and Find Mii.
I turn it off, put #1 back in, go to the Plaza, and everything is back to normal.
If anyone can help in anyway, that'd be great.

2DS Volume stays the same
HELP! I was on my 2ds at my friends house and his baby brother bumped into me while i was playing my pokemon omega ruby game. The volume slider was loose so i fixed it but now the volume wont go up or down. It's on medium volume the whole time even though i put the slider in place. I even tried moving the little piece of the volume by itself but the volume wont go up or down. Someone please help me..

ORAS pokemon in my Battle Box disappeared
Hey guys, I really need hepl with this.
I have not played ORAS in several months. I only opened the game when there were pokemon giveaways over the last several months. When I opened up the game again today I went through my pokemon and noticed there was nothing in my Battle Box, where I had 6 pokemon before. These pokemon included Milotic and a Venusaur. However, I went to check my pokedex, and neither of those pokemon are registered. What the heck is going on? Is this a glitch I'm not aware of? What should I do now? I lost so many of the pokemon that I bred and trained over months and months.....please help

Help! Weird battery/charging problem?
Wanna start off by saying my 3ds not charging normally isn't an uncommon issue, it's happened a lot of times before. But never like this.
I was playing Alpha Sapphire this morning, I've just restarted it for the 3rd time to play through it again. When suddenly it abruptly turned off, blue power light and all, no warning. Confused, I went to charge it, but nothing happened, and it wouldn't power on. My 3ds sometimes refuses to charge from any charger. Usually I just have to wait a day and it decides to correct itself. But this is the first time I've seen it do something like this, and I've never heard or seen this problem before. Here's a video of it: https://vid.me/YFLc
As you can see it refuses to turn on, and even upon unplugging it from the charger the charging light is still on. Removing the battery makes the light turn off, but it turns right back on again when I put it back in. I'm so confused, what do I do? Should I send it in for repair, or would it be more optimal to just ask for a new 3DS for christmas? 
Is there a known fix for this? I really don't want to wait over a month to be able to play on it again...
UPDATE: When I was writing this, the light turned off with the battery still inside. But the same problems still persist. Not charging, and not turning on.

3DS Remote System Transfer Clarification
I am looking to upgrade from my 3DS XL unit to a New 3DS XL unit. However, I need to trade in my old unit to be able to do so, and it appears that my local GameStop stores will not allow me to perform a normal system transfer if I trade it in. I am aware of remote system transfers being a possibility, but I had a few questions regarding this method.
1. How exactly is this process done? I know that I need to contact Nintendo through their support number for this to work, but I would like to know a bit more about the process itself. I have my NNID and I would have the new system, but is anything else required to do this, such as the serial number for the old system? What setup would I need to do with my New 3DS in order to prepare for this? Also, how long does it take to complete the process? Is it always possible for it to be done?
2. What happens to save data? I know that I will need to redownload my games once this process is complete, but if I transfer all of the data on my old SD card to my new MircoSD card, will I be able to keep/use my save data?
3. What data is transferred during this process? This question is not as pressing, but other than NNID and eShop information, what other data carries over? Are friend lists lost?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Replacement shell or housing for Original 3DS
Hello everyone.
Recently I recived a 3DS from a friend. The system was not working when i got it, however after pleacing the wifi card with a spare one I got the system runing. After playing with it for a while I kind alike it more than my XL. Long story short im looking to replace the system shell as this one has paint chips and bad scratches on it. Does anyone know where I can find a real OEM case other than Ebay? I was reading that alot of the aftermartet ones just feel cheap and dont fir quite right.

old 3ds was stolen now trying to get my nintendo id onto new one
so my 3ds was stolen awhile ago so i finally got a new one but idk how i can get my old network id onto this one it wont let me sense my id is still on my old 3ds i have many downloaded games and would like them back if anyone could help me would be great ty

The Legend of Zelda:Triforce Heroes connection issues
I have been playing with a friend and we usually play with 1 unknown. It seems like when the unknown connects the gameplay starts to lag and drops very frequently. Is this a Nintendo server issue when playing with unknowns?

Streetpass light not working?
I am receiving streetpass notifications on my 3ds but the greed LED light is not turning on. Before, I would put it to sleep and the light would turn on when it receieved a notification but now it doesnt do that anymore. Has this happened to anyone else before?
