Horrible bug with new copy of SSB. Help?

The moment I pop my fresh new game into my undamaged 3dsXL, I go and get the needed upat for not only online play, but to even save the game.

 

After the update is downloaded, this happens in the character selection AND the stage selection screens. ALL of the character boxes just spazz and glich out for no reason.

 

Not only that, but if I just shrug an ingore this and try to play, the game will just "die" and take me back to the 3DS home screen with an error message and restart.

 

I've tried using a new SD card and downloading the update on it, this still happens with only this game.

 

None of my other games do this and I really want some answers.

 

ASAP would be wonderful.

We should not get a penalty for dropping out in Smash Bros, if we can drop out of Mario Kart 8 online races and get no penalty.

Error 011-7511

I've tried to use Thailand Credit card to add 50 USD in US nintendo e-shop on 3ds XL and I got error011-7511 which say that I cannot use this card I've tried it 5 times and now my bank send me messages that i lost 250 USD of my bank account

Getting dropped in Smash Online...

When I play with certain friends online I often get dropped. The game will be playing with virtually no lag, then all the sudden bam, the game freezes I get a Smash loading symbol her a strange sound effect, and get sent to a 'no contest' screen. Then I have trouble re-connecting to my friend without leaving online and coming back.

 

I've tried putting my 3DS into a DMZ, but it doesn't seem to help.

 

What's going on?

3DS Repairs While Outside US?

Hi there!

 

Im currently having issues with my 3DS's left shoulder button sticking.  From what I've read, I should send it in for repairs.  However, I'm currently living and working in Japan as an English teacher. Where should I send it?  Will Nintendo's repair center in Japan fix an American 3DS?  I don't really feel comfortable sending it overseas to get it fixed.

3DS upgrade and handme down

So i'm planning on getting a 3DS XL in the near future and giving my current regular 3DS to my sister who has taken an interest in playing smash bros on it.  I know there is a transfer process and I should be able to do it just fine since I'll have both systems and SD cards.

 

My question is three fold after i do the system transfer from the original 3DS to the 3DS XL will the original system still be able to play games download from the e store and such?

 

Secondly I have a 8GB SD card in my 3DS now will I be able to use that in my new 3DS XL after the transfer?

 

Will the save data from my games transfer as well?  I have a copy of Pokemon Y on my SD card with its save data

Super smash bros: the loading game

So here's the thing: i got smash bros in the mail today, brand new and such. Pop it in my 3ds, download update, everything's going well. Play game for a hour and a half, then i get to a fight in classic that took a awefully long time to load. So after 10 minutes of nothing, i went and hard reset it, and tried again. afterwards no modes would load up. i could select maps, characters, etc. but nothing. i even erased all the data i had from the game, and started anew. still....it doesn't work.

 

any help?

Why does my warranty apparently cover physical damage?

I dropped my 3DS XL and it stopped turning on, now it just lights up makes a popping sound and dies. I was expecting to have to pay for repairs becuase that's obviously physical damage. I called support to see if it was worth sending in or if I'd be better off getting a new one, at first I was told it would be $135 for any repairs/replacements made, but once the repair order was put through I was told it would be no charge. The representative I was talking to sounded very surprised when they told me and I'm not sure if I really believe it, everything I've read says physical damage isn't covered, so I'm confused..? If anyone can explain it to me I'd be very grateful.

How do I fix error code: 022-2802 ?

My Nintendo Network ID was said to not work according to the code description,  because of this I can not log into E-shop or Miiverse on my 3ds XL. I already emailed Nintendo a couple of times and waited for 3+ days but no reply whatsoever. Is there any way to fix this with out deleting my NNID?

Super Smash Bros - Online status issue

Have smash bros on my 2ds, and have been trying to play online with friends, but have discovered that for some reason, my friends never see me online. I can join their games, but i cant host myself. They always see me offline even when im not. Is there something im screwing up on my end?

Super Smash Bros online battle Error 018-0516

I've been trying to play smash bros online and I keep getting the error 018-0516, although I am able to spectate others battles perfectly.

What can be done to fix this? Or can it be fixed?

3ds won't turn on (yes it's charged)

My 3ds will not turn on.  I hit the power button, the light turns blue, but the screens both stay black.  The blue light stays on for about 3 seconds, there is a pop sound, and it turns off.  I ust spent money on smash bros too.  Maor bummer.

Smash Bros. 3DS crashes on start up

Whenever I try to open my downloaded copy of SSB3DS with the update installed I get the smash loading symbol, it says acessing SD card, then it crashes and says "An error has occurred, forcing the software to close. The system will now restart." I have come to the conclution that this has been caused by the update, when I delete the update, the game will start and i can play offline in any mode but, when I close and open the game again it says I need to download the game to access save data, so I can't progress/unlock any characters. It is not my system/SD card! I have several other downloaded and non-downloaded games that work just fine on this system/SD card (including the SSB Demo). I have also tried to redownload the game and update 3 times and have tried to use the repair tool, none of them worked. Is anyone else have this/a simular problem, or know a solution?

Music Failing to Play in SSB 3DS

So when playing Smash Bros. 3DS, going to a new menu or area, or using various items will occasionaly cause the music to stop playing.

 

For example:
Playing an offline game againt AI. A computer player got a Super Star, causing them to become invincible. Normaly the iconic tune plays during this, but there was only silence and character sound effects. After the invincibilty effect ended, the normal stage music failed to start playing again. Only silence.

 

Another example:

Playing on the 3D Land stage, at what I presume is the end of the song, instead of looping to the beginning again it simply ended or stopped playing. The match continued in silence, until getting to the beginning of the moving stage, where the music started again.

 

One more example:

Occasinally when viewing the trophy gallery or Trophy hoard, no music will play. The first time I ever viewed the gallery music did play, but now it seems to play when it wants to.

 

These are just a few examples, the same thing will happen at various points throughout the game. I looked all over and haven't seen anyone else report this problem, unless I'm really going blind.

 

Anyone else have this problem or know a solution?

I have a question before sending my 3DS off to repair

I forgot to ask

Should I keep the 3ds game inside the system when I send it off or do I have to take it out

I know that I should keep the SD card inside

 

The problem with my 3DS is that it keeps crashing when I am playing a game even though I updated my system

Transferring games on sd cards.

I recently purchased Super Smash Bros for 3ds, which was too big for my current sd card, so I ordered another larger one. I didn't want to wait any longer to play this new game, so I took an old sd card and put smash on it temporarily. I got my new 32gb sd card in the mail today and transfered all my content from my original sd card on to it, but now I don't know how I would go about getting Smash Bros on to my larger sd card. Can someone tell if I can do this, and how?

     About a year ago, I did a system transfer with my younger sister, thinking that we could each get the other's games without losing our own. When I found out that my system formatted instead, and she got all my games, I was devastated. I was an ambassador, which meant i would eaith have to buy the games again (most STILL aren't on the 3ds eshop), or transfer with her again, and risk her losing all HER games. Is there any way to undo this? Maybe nintendo could help somehow. I just want my ambassador games back on MY system, without damaging hers. i don't care about save files, I can restart; I just want to be able to play all my favorite games again, without having to pay upwards of $50, or buying a wii u...

3DS Transfer

If anyone remembers I aske od about a month ago if I could transfer my club nintendo account from one 3ds to another. But from that answer I have had 2 problems occur. Is it too late to recover my account? Because I was just skimming through my emails and I found this. It was from a little after my 3ds was stolen.....
