It first started when I was going to the eshop to check some stuff out it gave me the error code 005-4273 I looked it up followed instructions nothing happened so I decided to update didnt work it told me it failed to update and the system would restart I tried to connect to the eshop but THIS TIME it gave me the error code 005-4222 I looked that up it said the eshop was down but I knew that was a lie because my sister was on the eshop I tried deleting things from my sd card but it didnt work please help me

I'm receiving this error when I try to load the eShop. I have restarted my system, deleted and reset the internet connection, still nothing. trying to tryin
The only thing I can think of that caused it, was I was trying to re-download the Mario Kart 7 v1.1 patch and it was frozen (didn't load, change or anything for about 3 solid minutes) so I hard rebooted my system, then the error occurred when I tried to go back.

So here I am happily playing my new 3ds playing animal crossing / triforce hero's and my Ds keeps randomly closing software and trying to cut itself off this is day two of it doing this any quick fixes?

Error Code 018-0516 on every Nintendo device in my house
So we have the modem which acts as a wireless router downstairs, connected to a second router upstairs which is our primary gaming/pc wifi/lan. Whenever we connect to the downstairs router we have no problems finding a match in Splatoon, Smash 3DS, or Triforce Heroes, but that wifi is out of our range upstairs. When we connect to the upstairs router? No games work, constant error code 018-0516 Failed to connect to a partner's device. I tried using the 8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4 trick, never have a firewall up, and tried opening my ports all on the upstairs router. Im not sure what else to do anymore and its frustrating as heck. Can I get some help here? Using a Belkin router with Verizon Fios internet in NY.

Problems with my 3DS
I was playing on my 3DS today and initially everything worked normally. I was able to play Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Super Smash Bros 4 with no problems. But then suddenly I began another match in super smash bros and certain buttons were not working properly. I could only execute normal (A button) and special (B button attacks) when in the air. When I don't press anything, the shield is activated. When I use the circle pad to move, I either do a standing or rolling dodge. This severely hinders my ability to play the game.
I tried other games (Alpha Sapphire, Omega Ruby, X) and other problems occurred. For example, when I scroll down in my bag to look for a specific item, once i let go of the control or the circle pad, the list scrolls back up automatically to the top. In battle, when I select an attack the description screen appears but it won't let me execute the attack, preventing me from completing any battles. And when I go to the PC, the screen scrolls too fast for me to select a Pokemon. This even was the case when I used a DS Pokemon game Pokemon White.
In the home screen of the 3DS, "Press L and R to activate the camera" appears on its own. It doesn't usually do that.
If you have any advice for how to deal with this situation please let me know. This came out of the blue and I already had to send in my 3DS to be replaced because of a screen issue just last month so I'm really upset another issue has come up.

Problem with 3DS
When I try to turn my 3DS on, it freezes and will not turn on to the main screen. When it freezes, both of the screens are black but the blue power button and the wirelss buttons are on. What should I do?

Hi, i really need help here.
the past month, i requested a Account Transfer because my old 3ds got damaged. After 2 weeks, my country's support told me i have to format my new 3DS to Link my NNID without problems.
and it worked!, i can post stuff on Miiverse and i added my friends back. but when i go to the Nintendo Eshop, i got the first message about account linking, i accept the terms and the eshop loads, suddenly i got a "Error 011-6433". i thought it was a internet problem but it wasn't.
i tried to ask to the support, and they said i have to wait a few days to make it work. now i tried to enter to eshop and i get the same error.
not only on my 3DS, my Wii U is having the same issue too with a "Error 107-3133" and i can't enter to Eshop too
this is really annoying me, since i saw the new Nintendo Direct because i can't even download something

Missing microSD Management icon
Hello,
I am trying to help my daughter transfer files from her 3ds xl
She has taken some stop motion videos and we wanted to transfer them to my PC.
According to the instructions we found online - under System Settings, Data Management we should see an icon for microSD Management. It is missing.
There is a microSD Card in the external bay (4G- SDHD Toshiba). What I do see under Data Management is an icon for Nintendo 3DS, DS Ware, StreetPass Management and then below a greyed out dashed box stating Reset blocked User Settings.
How do we get the MicroSD Management icon back?

3DS Nintendo Network ID Problem
I have an Old3DS XL and a nnid attached to it, but when i first created my NNID i accidentally misspelled GamingGangster, instead i typed GamingGanster and only a while after i realized my mistake.
i wish for 2 things, one, i would like to be able to change my id name at least once without having to delete it, or i would like to know: if i delete my ID with backups on my system for my games, do i lose the backups or can i keep them?
also, i know that whoever comments on this to help me is going to mention it, and i DO understand why nintendo doesnt give us the ability to change our nintendo network id, the only reason i know of though is that if you get in trouble with nintendo or something you could just change your mii and nnid and maybe a few other things so nintendo doesnt know its you unless they have your IP.

Majora's Mask new 3ds XL paint peeling off
The paint on my MM 3ds XL is starting to peel off around one of the corners. Is this something that can be repaired by Nintendo. If so, is it covered under the warranty, since it hasn't been 12 months since I got it?

Product suggestion for 3DS/2DS possible 3rd party use, PC supportive appliance
Hi my idea i am posting here is in the hopes that one day it becomes a reality, i see that Nintendo is making steps into the mobile market which i think is a great business venture but i only why they haven't tried to go into the PC/Mac market with small products such as the one i am about to suggest.
My idea is mainly for people with vision problems, and dizziness such as Vertigo, and other issues. also the common PC player that prefers PC play over other platforms. this would be a plug in device i'd imagine it could possibly stream through 3DS/2DS like a streamstick would (Roku, Chromecast, etc) or it could be just a Plug in usb device but however it's designed the intented purpose would be to be able to play your favorite 3DS/2DS applications, and games through your PC, and/or other monitors, TVs etc. Though i think this would benefit most for PC users. and again this could either be a USB device or a HDMI streamstick type of Device, Roku makes analog TV support packages with their streamsticks for an extra 10-14 dollars.
Money Wise: I see this being something people would purchase often, i think Streamsticks of any kind is money right now. Google just came out with a chromestick for 80 dollars that acts as a Computer to any device with HDMI, it truly is the future and i think it's a door that should be opened by Nintendo as well. Something like this has beneficial use for the customer and economical use for the company going into 2016 and beyond.

How can I transfer my data without losing my games?
So here is my situation. I have a 3ds and a 3ds XL. I cant combine them on my account so I buy games on them seperatly and just try and keep track of what I have on each. Well recently I purchased the New Pokemon Mystery dungeons through the online store only to realize my L and R buttons are broken on my 3ds. I want to transfer it to my 3ds XL but I cant copy data or switch memory cards because they wont work on the different 3ds. I cant trasfer because I will lose the data I have currently on my 3ds Xl. I could pay to have them fix the 3ds but I really done have the money for that right now. So I now have a game I cant play and can't move it over 3ds XL. Any ideas?

Repel not working in Pokémon Alpha Sapphire
I used some repels and super repels on Pokémon Alpha Sapphire (inside Meteor Falls, after fighting Kyogre and after Elite 4), but the repels are not working. Is this a bug, or don't repels work inside Meteor Falls? I tried closing the game and reloading my save file, but it didn't work. I recorded 30s of video showing the use of a super repel followed by a wild pokemon encounter:

Problem detecting my microSD
Recently I was interested in moving some music from my computer onto my New 3DS XL to listen to with '3DS Sound'. I'd done this before with my older 3DS and knew I just had to copy/paste the mp3s onto the SD card. Now, this was the first time I've tried to do this with the New 3DS XL and a microSD, but I had a microSD adapter for my computer so I figured it shouldn't be a problem. I should also note that the microSD in question is a 16GB Nexxtech and has worked with no problems whatsoever since making the transfer from the pre-packaged microSD that came with the Monster Hunter 4 3DS bundle.
I turned off my 3DS XL and removed the microSD. Put the microSD into the adapter, and plugged the adapter into a USB on my computer. My computer informs me that in order to interact with any data on the microSD, it needs to be formatted first. I said nuts to that, because formatting it would obviously wipe all my games and save data. Whatever. I can live without the music. I used the 'Safely Remove Hardware' tab on the taskbar to remove the adapter, removed the microSD, re-inserted it into my New 3DS XL and powered it on.
"Could not detect a microSD Card. The software on the microSD Card could not be displayed."
Hm. Well, perhaps I smudged a connector or something. Turned off the 3DS, removed microSD, gently wiped the connectors with a lens cleaning cloth, and tried again. Same message. Put the microSD back into the computer using the same method, and it still tried to get a format done. Tried a fresh microSD card in the system, and it was read and had new Home menu data created as a fresh card should. As far as I can tell, the act of trying to open the microSD on my computer has just bricked it somehow. Help, please?

Pokemon Shuffle save data corrupted while transfer
Just a few hours ago I was transferring my data from my 4GB SD card to a 16GB one. I checked every downloaded games that I have and all were working just fine except Pokemon Shuffle. The save data happened to have been corrupted while on transfer. Is there any way that I can get the data back? Will providing my client number for the game help? My concern is that all the things that I obtained from timed events in the game will be lost forever so I was hoping I could at least get those back (I managed to get the Lucarionite back from one of the events from my old file so I'd like to think there must be a way for this) Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Transferring data to new 3DS
I'm sorry this is the wrong forum to talk about this stuff, but I really need help.
I've recently sold my XL 3DS and I remembered to take out the SD card. So I can purchase the limited edition HHD. I got it yesterday. I realized putting you SD card is different putting it on a new 3DS...
I went all over online to find anything, I saw a pc transfer. It worked perfectly but then when I got into the system, and to see my games, or themes. I didn't see any of it...at all. I went to e-shop and see if there was any options for me to download the game, same with the theme store.
Am I supposed to have my old console? I can try getting it back but it's going to be so much hassle. But what do you recommend me doing? So I'm able to have my themes/games that I wasted money on. Nintendo is making this complicated than it should be...I already wrote a ticket to them.
I'm so disappointed on how complicated this it just to transfer your data. Don't they know people sell their old consoles for new ones?
I only have one new 3DS with a microSD card and my original 3DS SD card.
