Hello, I have a few questions on storage transfer for my 3DS handheld.
I did the inital transfer of my 3DS to my N3DS, I still have another SD card with video game data on it for my 3DS, is it still possible to get that transfered to the N3DS as well?
My other question is, when I go to upgrade my current N3DS storage card to something bigger, is there some way to transfer the data to the bigger card size?

Recently I have tried to view my photos/videos on my 3DS XL, but they don't show up on the top screen. Everything else works on the ds when I use it, but once I go to camera, the top screen goes black and stays that way. I cannot view anything.
I've tried to change the camera settings but it still stays black. Please help! I would like to be able to view my pictures again
When I attempt to download the free Monster Hunter 4 Ulimate Hunter's Weapon Gallery theme, it loads as if it's downloading, and where it should take me to a confirmation page to install, I instead get a pop-up that says "unable to obtain data" and that's it. It doesn't show up anyway despite the fact or anything. It just will not download. My system is up-to-date, and I can also download the OTHER free Sonic Boom theme, but not this one. Haven't tested with any paid themes.
Is this a universal thing or is there something wrong on my end?

I just recently rejoined the DS family with my purchase of the GameStop exclusive Hyrule 3DS XL. Everything works fine, but I noticed the hinge connecting the top screen to the unit is loose and has a little bit of play. I can move it side to side not by much, but a cm or so. I'm usually not a stickler for these kind of things unless it's a one off issue, but I did visit a couple stores with a demo unit. They had absolutely no play or was not loose. Now it's bothering me.
Is this common to the new 3DS XLs' or should I be contacting Nintendo for a repair?

When you first purchase a 3DS, it starts out with (I think) 60 menu slots. As you fill it up (by downloading games, etc), it expands, to 120, 180, 240, 300, etc.
However, if you delete software or move it to folders, it never shrinks back.
Can we see about adding a way to shrink the menu size back down? I currently have 286 empty menu slots that I'd like to get rid of. Pretty please? Image may be NSFW.

Is the Triforce Heroes multiplayer on 3DS region locked? If we have 2 USA 3DS and 1 UK 3DS each with a game copy, will we be able to play local multiplayer?

hi im getting a new 3ds for christmas and i would like to get a headstart and get a memory card to hold all my games together
i have been reading on all the types of memory cards that can be used with the new nintendo 3ds and i am confused and i am not sure.
i read that the limit is a 32g card is that true ?
i would personally love to get 64g and be set for good.
if anybody could let me know a good brand or a good memory card i would be happy since i dont wanna order something that isnt compatible

I just bought the digital code for Pokemon Dungeon. I went ahead and processed the download but didn't realise that I downloaded it to my older son's 2DS when I should have downloaded it to the younger one's 3DSXL. Can I re-download?

Hi , i sold my 3ds and i forgot to vinculate my nintendo network to my new 3ds, and my question is if there a solution to my problem?
The other day on the EShop I bought Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate to play with my friend, and whenever I try to launch it, the screen goes dark and the it says "An error has occurred. Hold down the POWER Button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again. I've done this more times than I can count, and still nothing happens. I've searched online for an answer , I've tried the Nintendo 3DS download repair tool (it said that no errors were found but I proceeded anyways and all it did was update the game, which did nothing). I've tried calling Nintendo, and although the customer service was good, they could only narrow it down to two possible solutions: repair or format. I don't want to lose all the data on my 3DS, so formatting isn't an option for me. It would be pointless to get rid of all my data from my other games just to play one game, so I decided not to format. As for the repair, I can't afford the $80 it costs, and I don't think it's anything wrong with the system, as all other downloaded games, apps, and game cartridges work just fine.
I considered the possibility that my SD card couldn't write quickly enough, but the speed is 10 so I figured that this wasn't an issue. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game (painstakingly) but the error message still kept on showing up.
I've been a longtime fan of Nintendo's; I've enjoyed their games since my dad bought me a Gameboy to play Pokemon Yellow and I've been loyal since, but I've run out of options here and I really can't afford to pay the $80 for repair, please help.
I've seen a couple different posts about this, but none seemed to have a solution that would work for me.
I'm trying to get in on the Hoopla promotion though McDonalds, but I cannot connect to their free wifi.
Connection settings yield no connection and trying to get the browser to work is a no go as well. I tried everything I could to get onto their internet and nothing seemed to work. Even one of the employees tried to help and there was still no internet love for my 3ds.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something I haven't tried that I could possibly remedy this situation?

My sister deleted her digital copy of Mario Kart 7 from her 2DS. Don't ask why - logic doesn't work on her.
I'd like to help her get MK7 back if at all possible, but I have some difficulties:
1. This copy of Mario Kart 7 came free with her 2DS (as a download code)
2. She has no Club Nintendo account linked to her eShop account
3. She deleted her eShop account (!!!) after downloading MK7
In the likely case the game is lost forever, I know it's her fault entirely, but... would it be at all possible to get Nintendo to give her a new copy?
I would ask Nintendo support using her account ID, but there's no Club Nintendo account and I don't know if creating a new one to attach to it would help. Her current account ID may not even match the one with the MK7 download since she deleted both the game and the eShop account (again, !!!).
Is there anything we can do?
This started a while ago, but for a long time, my 3ds's 3d won't turn off. Even when I put the slider all the way down, it doesn't turn off. I turned off 3d because it gets annoying. I really want to play games and still be fascinated by the 3d, but I can't. Any help or tips would be appreciated.
I recieved a 3DS XL for christmas and began the system transfer, but when I got to step 5, my source 3DS said complete while the transfer to 3DS XL said error could not complete transfer!
The source 3DS formatted and is now like a new console and resetting my 3DS XL only brings it back to the transfer screen where it is trying to connect to internet and then gives error code: 014-0004 which I can not find what that means. Did I just loose all the data it supposidly transfered before going to step 5 'e-shop'?!
What do I do now???
IM HAVING A PROBLEM. The same problem is happening to me, but I am having trouble following anyone's steps in this. I am stuck on "Transferring data for Nintendo eShop" part (5/5). The White Pikmin are probably going to die from running at this point. HOW do I finish/end the process? The "Source" 3DS is formatted, but the "Target" 3DS is still doing the 5/5 Step in Transferring. What should I do from here? It's not going to turn off, it's plugged in. The Top left hand Corner still reads Local with no extra bars.
This has been going for 45 mins on this part. The Date and Time in the top Right hand Corner are flipping out: It's alternating through all the times and days in the year at 1 week per second. It starts at December (12) and goes to November (11) and so on until January (1) and resets to December. The Days are rapidly changing, along with the time and the shortened Day Names.
The Pikmin are still running.
I'm updated on my 3DSXL to the latest update, and decided to give the Badge Arcade game a go.
Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing fast battery drain on their systems since the update with or without Badge Arcade?
I'll play the Badge Arcade game for maybe 15 minutes tops cause it spends forever loading stuff, especially at the start. But a full charge is half gone after 15 minutes on this game. Is it the game doing it or the update too maybe?
My husband has a 3DSXL as well on latest update with the Badge Arcade game on it, but hasn't played it but maybe 1 time, and his is draining fast too!
I'm thinking the latest update to improve performance (patches for the hackers in non-Nintendo speak!) are causing battery drain.
Heaven forbid I wanna play for a long spell on a Zelda game or Fantasy Life, or a grind session on any given Pokemon game now....
We both take great precautions to care for and prevent drops or mishandling of any kind of our systems, so it's not a damage issue!
is it possible to use the sd card management features of the new 3ds xl with windows 10? or am I stuck slumming it with a precision screwdriver just to toss new tunes onto the microsd card?

The right side of my touch screen won't work. If I touched something on the right side of the screen it wouldn't work. Want to use the news station in Tomodachi Life well you cant, want to add a badge to a folder in Nintendo Badge Arcade? Well you can't. I need help and the touch screen calibration setting would keep me there forever.Please give my advise
